Who is Scale Table for?

Scale Table brings together founders, operators, investors, business leaders, builders and thinkers who are actively engaging with Africa's economic future.

Is Scale Table only for founders?

No. Founders are an important part of the network, but the intention is to bring together different perspectives from across the ecosystem.

Is Scale Table a networking group?

Relationships are an important part of Scale Table, but networking is not the primary purpose. The starting point is the quality of the conversation.

Is Scale Table paid?

Not currently. Scale Table is in a deliberate building phase. The immediate priority is developing the network, creating useful conversations and understanding what becomes valuable as the platform grows.

How do I join?

Register your interest and tell us what you are building, thinking about or trying to understand. Scale Table is curated around relevance, contribution and the quality of the conversation.

Are conversations confidential?

Some Scale Table conversations are intentionally private. Participants are expected to use discretion and respect the boundaries of what is shared. Insights may be synthesised into broader themes without attributing private comments to individuals.

Founded by Kudzai Muchechetere

Kudzai Muchechetere works at the intersection of strategy, operations, business analysis, organisational change and African business.

Her background spans entrepreneurship, media, strategy and operations, global executive networks and organisational transformation.

Scale Table grew from a broader interest in the people, systems and ideas shaping Africa's next economic chapter.
